Shipping Policy

At Choco Crafts, we understand the importance of freshness when it comes to our products. That’s why we offer overnight or two-day shipping to ensure your order arrives in the best condition possible. Our shipping fee is calculated directly by our shipping carrier and we do not profit from it.

The shipping fee is based on various factors such as weight, volume, shipping method, and destination. To estimate the shipping fee for your order, simply add items to your shopping bag and enter your destination zip code in the “Estimate Shipping & Tax” section during checkout.

We process available items ordered by 1 pm EST, Monday through Friday, for same-day shipping. We do not ship on Fridays, except for orders with Saturday delivery selected, to ensure product freshness. On Thursdays, we only ship via overnight shipping method to prevent products from being held in non-temperature-controlled facilities over the weekend.

Please note that the estimated delivery date displayed during checkout is an estimate and not a guarantee. We recommend allowing extra transit days when selecting a shipping date. While we cannot offer refunds for shipment delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or shipping carrier issues, we will do everything possible to meet the estimated arrival date.

We do not require a signature for delivery, except for custom orders. For warm weather destinations, we include complimentary ice packs and insulated packaging to maintain product freshness during transit. For temperatures above 70°F, we recommend overnight shipping and shipping to an address where someone can receive the package promptly. We cannot provide a refund or replacement for melted products shipped using a non-overnight shipping method.

We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
